Accounts Assistant – Full Time & Part Time
Location: Toolfix, Dundalk
Hours: Flexible – Full-time & Part-time positions available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Toolfix Dundalk is a well-established supplier of tools, equipment, and hardware solutions, known for excellent customer service and a friendly team environment. We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Bookkeeping duties including posting invoices, bank reconciliations, and data entry
  • Credit control and managing customer accounts
  • Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Supporting management with financial reporting and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – training can be provided
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Sage or Intact software is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
