All orders are dispatched from ToolFix HQ in Dundalk, Co Louth using our courier partner DPD.

Larger orders requiring pallets will be delivered using one of our transport partners.

Important Info

If you place an order online, we will contact you if any of your items are out of stock with current lead times or alternatives, if suitable.

FREE delivery for all orders over €100 Inc Vat placed online in Ireland (excludes pallet deliveries)

Please note - during busy periods our online team are working on processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible so there may be a delay of up to 48 hours on response to emails.

Tracking your Order

Once you place an order you will receive the follwing communications from us:

1. An order confirmation email - this will include your WEB order number - this will come in from sales@toolfix.ie . Please check your spam folders if you have not received it.

2. A dispatch email - this means your order has been packed by our Online Sales Team and is awaiting collection from our courier.

3. A tracking email - DPD will issue an email with tracking details once they have picked up your order and have it in the DPD courier system.

4. Out for Delivery Email & Text - On the day of delivery you will receive an email & text to confirm your order is on the van and out for delivery.

International Delivery

Will my parcel be subject to customs charges?

Any parcel travelling outside of Ireland could potentially attract customs charges that are required to be made payable by the receiver of the parcel.

We are unable to provide any indication as to whether a customs charge will be applied and if so, how much this will be as this is a decision to be made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country.

There is a risk that the parcel will be abandoned or returned to the sender. These actions may not be free of charge and as each country has different rules we cannot give any specifics.

Toolfix & our courier DPD cannot be held responsible for any charges that customs enforce on a parcel.

Further Information

All orders up to 30kg in weight will be dispatched to you using one of our courier services.

Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you once your parcel has been picked up from our warehouse.

Pallet delivery will be dispatched via other carriers depending on your location. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to have a forklift available where necessary to unload pallet deliveries.

Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address including eircode and mobile number(s). When your order is dispatched you will be notified by email or phone call.

All deliveries will be during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
