Toolfix is a leading supplier of tools, hardware, and DIY products, serving both trade professionals and the public. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and a friendly shopping experience. We’re now looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Assistant to join our Dundalk team full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide expert advice and product recommendations
- Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves and displays are well-presented
- Assist with deliveries and stock management
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Support team members to meet store goals and customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous retail or hardware experience (an advantage, but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required
