What can I use the Gift Vouchers for?
Digital Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for any items sold online & in store
Do you offer both physical and digital Gift Vouchers?
Yes. We offer physical vouchers which can be purchased in store only. Digital vouchers can be used to buy both in store and online. Physical vouchers can only be used in store.
Can Gift Vouchers be used for sale items or special promotions?
Yes, gift vouchers can be used on all products.
Can I choose a custom value for the voucher, or are there set amounts?
We offer set amounts from €10 right up to €1000. Please note buying multiples of a denomination will result in individual digital gift vouchers being issued.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can load onto a Gift Voucher?
At present the minimum is €10 and the maximum is €1000. If you require a higher value please contact us directly at sales@toolfix.ie
Can I buy multiple Gift Vouchers in one order?
Yes, you can purchase as many as you like in one transaction. Please note buying multiples of a denomination will result in individual digital gift vouchers being issued.
Do I need to create an account to purchase a Gift Voucher?
No.
Delivery & Receiving
How are Gift Vouchers delivered?
Digital vouchers are sent via email. You can choose to get the voucher sent to your email or the recipients email. You will be asked to input the recipient email when completing the purchase of the voucher
How long does it take to receive digital gift voucher?
Digital vouchers are dispatched every few hours. You can also specify a specific time you would like the gift voucher to be dispatched.
E.g. 9am on Christmas morning, 9am on their birthday, etc.
Can I include a personal message with the Gift Voucher?
Yes, you can fill this in when cheking out.
Redemption & Usage
How do I redeem a Gift Voucher online?
Enter the voucher code at checkout in the payment section.
Can I use more than one Gift Voucher for a single purchase?
Yes, multiple vouchers can be combined in one transaction.
What happens if I don’t spend the full amount in one purchase?
The remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use.
Refunds & Replacements
Can Gift Vouchers be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
