Features

The Beta 1771BM Utility Knife (18 mm) is an upgraded, high-end version of Beta's standard 1771 box cutter. It is used by trade professionals, facility maintenance crews, and logistics workers for continuous, heavy-duty industrial cutting, warehousing operations, and job site fabrication.
While both knives share the standard 18 mm blade format, the 1771BM features premium mechanical and ergonomic enhancements specifically designed to handle high-stress workloads without causing hand fatigue or requiring manual blade reloads.

Comes With

Automatic Blade Loading System: When the active blade is completely worn down and discarded, you simply slide the thumb runner all the way back to instantly chamber a fresh, sharp blade from the integrated storage magazine—eliminating the need to disassemble the tool.
Dual-Action Blade Stability (Slider + Nut): In addition to the standard non-return safety slider, this model features a manual blade locking nut at the nose. Tightening this ring locks the blade down completely, eliminating all lateral wiggle and blade retraction under maximum cutting pressure.
Non-Slip Bi-Material Grip: The chassis is overlaid with soft-grip, ergonomic rubber contours that provide higher torque control, reduce palm slippage, and minimize fatigue during wet or oily mechanical work.
Reinforced Metal Support Channel: Features a thick stainless steel internal guide rail that shields the structural blade and protects the outer composite casing from cracking under heavy downward leverage.
