Product Information

Beta 9752 (1)-Clear Zinc 400 Ml

Clear zinc

Features

The Beta 9712 ""Ultra Sblock"" Unlocking Lubricant, Super-Penetrating (400 Ml) is a high-performance industrial chemical spray engineered specifically for loosening severely seized, rusted, and oxidized mechanical parts.
Unlike universal multi-purpose sprays, its chemical formulation is highly specialized to prioritize maximum capillary action. This allows the fluid to immediately seep deep inside microscopic threads and mechanical clearances to dissolve rust bonds. It is widely used by automotive mechanics, plant maintenance teams, marine engineers, and industrial technicians to facilitate quick disassemblies without damaging hardware components.

Specifications

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Aesthetic: The Beta 9752 spray formulation dries into a highly adhesive, very light metallic grey elastic film that visually matches authentic hot-dip galvanized steel.
Abrasion and Non-Drip Resistance: Built as a heavy covering, high-viscosity technical spray that firmly clings to vertical surfaces without dripping or sagging. It dries fast into a durable shell resistant to physical scraping.

Applications

Anti-Corrosion Galvanization: Designed specifically for cold galvanizing iron and steel components. It deposits a dense protective coat containing 98% pure zinc, creating a barrier that prevents rust and corrosion before they can form.
Welding and Fabrication Touch-Ups: Extensively used by fabricators to patch up and re-protect bare spots created by welding slag, plasma cutting, or drilling on pre-galvanized structures.
Severe Weathering Protection: Widely applied to exposed structural elements—such as outdoor piping, nuts, bolts, automotive chassis pieces, and construction joints—that are continually degraded by heavy moisture and atmospheric salt.

Comes With

Overpaintable Finish: Once completely cured, the zinc layer can be directly overpainted with commercial topcoats or structural paint finishes without reacting or lifting.
