Charnwood BD48 4" Belt x 8" Disc Sander with built-in dust extraction

The Charnwood BD48 Belt & Disc Sander with Integral Dust Collection is a heavy-duty bench-top combination sander. It combines belt and disc sanding functions with a built-in powered dust collector, making it ideal for small workshops requiring a clean, efficient sanding solution.

Features:

500 W quiet induction motor
8″ (200 mm) diameter sanding disc with tilting work table (0–45°)
4″ x 36″ (100 mm x 914 mm) sanding belt, usable vertically or horizontally
Two tilting work tables with T-slot for mitre guide
Powered dust collection fan with bag for debris capture
Open drum end for sanding curved edges
Quick-release belt tension lever and tracking adjustment
Stable cast iron base with extended legs and 4 rubber feet
Bench mounting possible via 4 mounting points
Supplied with 80 grit sanding belt, 80 grit self-adhesive sanding disc, dust bag, 1.8 m power cable, UK 3-pin plug
