The Charnwood BG8 Bench Grinder is a robust 8″ diameter grinder designed for grinding, sharpening, and shaping tools in the workshop. With coarse and fine wheels, a powerful motor, and safety features, it is ideal for woodturners and general workshop use.

Features:

550 W quiet induction motor for smooth and powerful operation
20 mm wide coarse grey Aluminium Oxide wheel for rapid material removal
40 mm wide fine white stone wheel for sharpening heat-sensitive tools (HSS)
Adjustable spark guards and eye shields (one with 3× magnifier)
Adjustable tool rests for precise support and positioning
Integral mains-powered work light on a flexible shaft
Built-in coolant tray for tool cooling
Wheel dressing tool included for reshaping and maintaining wheels
Stable rubber feet platform; can be bench-mounted via 2 points
