Charnwood W030 Spindle Moulder with Tennoning carriage & Routing Collet

A compact spindle moulder designed for small professional workshops. It bridges the gap between heavy router tables and industrial-sized spindle moulders, offering precision, versatility, and robust cast iron construction.

Features:

Cast iron main table, tenonning table, and cutter hood for stability
1/2” routing collet included
Four speeds: 1500rpm (drum sanding), 4500rpm (hardwood moulding), 6500rpm (softwood moulding), 8500rpm (routing)
Maximum tooling diameter: 160mm
Independently adjustable aluminium fences with outfeed fine adjustment
Sliding table with cast iron surface and four bearing guides
Cutter hood with fully adjustable hold-down and front clamps
Hinged cutter guard for quick access
100mm diameter extraction outlet
Microswitch on front door prevents motor starting when open
Removable main spindle; can be replaced by 1/2” router collet
Edge moulding possible across front or back of table
Sliding carriage fence adjustable between 45° and 90° with quick return stop
Hold-down clamp and flip-over length stop for sliding table
Storage tray for accessories and spare tooling
Adjustable height rubber feet
