Knipex 70 07 180 Dipped VDE Diagonal Cutters 180mm

The Knipex 70 07 180 Diagonal Cutters (Dipped VDE) are high-quality insulated diagonal cutting pliers designed for safe electrical work. They combine a compact 180 mm size with precision-ground, hardened cutting edges suitable for cutting soft, medium-hard, and hard wires.

Features:

Insulated dipped handles, VDE tested for safe use on live electrical circuits up to 1000 V AC / 1500 V DC
Narrow head style for access in confined spaces
Precision cutting edges induction-hardened to approx. 62 HRC for durable, clean cutting performance
Forged chrome vanadium electric steel with polished head and black dipped insulated handles
Suitable for cutting soft, medium-hard, and hard wire including thin copper wires at the cutting edges
Compliant with IEC 60900 / DIN EN 60900 standards for insulated tools

Specifications:

Length: 180 mm
Cutting capacity soft wire: Ø 4.0 mm
Cutting capacity medium hard wire: Ø 3.0 mm
Cutting capacity hard wire: Ø 2.5 mm
Material: Chrome vanadium electric steel, forged and oil-hardened
Handle coating: High-quality dipped VDE insulated handles
