Knipex 98 55 SB Stripping Knives

The Knipex 98 55 SB is a precision stripping and dismantling knife designed for safely removing outer insulation from conductor cables without damaging the internal conductor. It features an insulated handle rated to 1000 V and an ergonomic design for safe, controlled use.

Features:

Fixed hook-shaped blade with guide shoe to prevent conductor damage.
Insulated handle with multi-component grip, finger hook, and thumb recess for secure handling.
Transparent protective cap for safe storage.
Blade made of stainless steel, vacuum or air-hardened for long-lasting sharpness.

Specifications:

Overall length: 180 mm
Blade length: 38 mm
Blade hook radius: 23.5 mm
Standard: DIN EN 60900 / IEC 60900 (suitable for live work up to 1000 V)
