Product Specifications

The Makita RS001GZ is part of their high powered 40v Max XGT range. Complete with brushless motor, electric and soft start, it also features Automatic Torque Drive Technology, which automatically adjusts the cutting speed as you work, for optimum efficiency and providing the best cut for the job.

Supplied bare unit – this tool requires Makita 40v XGT Lithium-Ion battery packs to operate.

185mm left-handed circular saw with rear handle
Please note this machine is not compatible with the Makita guide rail
Features Automatic torque Drive Technology (ADT): the machine electronically adjusts the cutting speed and torque in case of resistance to maintain power
Miter adjustment up to 53 °
Higher safety: equipped with electric motor brake for quick stop of the saw blade
The soft start function ensures that the machine starts quietly
Cast magnesium sole and protective cover, aluminum gear housing: therefore lighter in weight
Durable, energy-efficient and maintenance-free machine thanks to brushless motor
External dust extraction possible
Equipped with an extra wide carrying hook: fits around a standard scaffolding pipe / ladder
