The Milwaukee M12FHAC16-0 is a compact and powerful 12V cordless SDS+ rotary hammer drill designed for efficient hammer drilling in concrete and masonry. It delivers 1.15 joules of impact energy and features four operation modes for maximum versatility—rotary hammer, hammer only, rotation only, and a selectable chisel work position (variolock). Its lightweight and balanced design, combined with advanced anti-vibration technology, reduce user fatigue, making it well-suited for overhead and tight-space applications.
