Sika STIXALL Extreme Power Brown is a one-part, moisture-curing hybrid sealant and adhesive combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane. It delivers exceptional initial grab, gap-filling, and high bonding strength. Suitable for interior and exterior use, it adheres securely to most common building surfaces, even on wet substrates, and provides waterproof, weatherproof, and chemical-resistant sealing and bonding.
