Sika STIXALL Extreme Power is a one-part, moisture-curing hybrid sealant and adhesive that combines silicone and polyurethane technologies. It provides incredibly strong initial grab and bonding with gap-filling and no-slip properties. Designed for both interior and exterior use, it can be applied on wet surfaces and offers waterproof, weatherproof, and chemical-resistant sealing and bonding performance.

• One-part, chemically curing hybrid polymer technology
• Exceptional initial grab with no slip and excellent gap filling
• High bonding strength on most common building materials without primer
• Suitable for interior and exterior applications, including wet surfaces
• Totally waterproof and weatherproof
• Quick curing with a skin time of approximately 30 minutes
• Overpaintable with water-based paints (compatibility to be tested)
• Resistant to temperature extremes from -40°C to +150°C
• Resistant to many chemicals including dilute acids, alkalis, and solvents
• Powerful antifungal properties to prevent mold growth

• Bonding and sealing almost any building surface, including metals, plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, wood, enamel, painted surfaces, and more
• Nail replacement adhesive, effective even on damp substrates
• Perimeter pointing around doors and windows, especially in mobile structures like caravans and boats
• Bonding mirrors and cladding panels
• Automotive gap filling and sealing
• Sealing joints exposed to chemical spillage, such as garage forecourts
• High-performance sealing and bonding where durability and weather resistance are required
