Trend LOCK/JIG/A Large Lock Recessing Jig

Features:

Trend LOCK/JIG/A Large Lock Recessing Jig For routing the face-plate and mortise for larger locks quickly and accurately
Suitable for DDA (Disabilty Discrimination Act) lock size
20 mm x 235 mm radius end face plate and 17 mm x 170 mm mortise
Adaptor plate included to allow smaller templates to be fitted
Suitable for doors 34 mm to 58 mm thick
An auger bit and drill is required to complete deep mortises
The jig requires a plunge router with a 80mm plunge, fitted with a 30 mm guide bush with 6 mm spigot and 12 mm diameter long reach cutter

Minimum Door Thickness: 34 mm
Maximum Door Thickness: 58 mm
Face-plate Template Radius 1: 20 x 235 mm
Face-plate Template Radius 1: 24 x 235 mm
Mortise Template (A*): 17 x 170 mm

*Mortise is actually 180 mm to give 5 mm clearance each end*
