The Trend RS/JIG Router Surfacing Jig is a verstatile and compact jig, specially designed for trenching, surfacing and flattening metal of a wide or otherwise irregular shape.
FEATURES:
- The jig can successfully flatten stock of up to 400mm. It can also provide a clean finish whilst routing cut across the surface of end grain.
- It is simple for users to achieve controlled cuts with the easily controlled router plunge, best used for deeper levelling and fine skimming cuts.
- The jig delivers bi-directional cutting either across or along the grain, and the High Pressure Laminate running rails and router cradle ensures a wear-free performance that prioritises durability without sacrificing accuracy.
- The twin stainless steel rails can support up to 7kg of weight without distortion, and the cradle can be utilised to achieve trenching cuts with ease and precision. Ideal for DIY and professional use.
