Product Information

Brake cleaner

The Beta 9740 (1) "Brake Cleaner" (400 Ml) is a professional-grade technical aerosol spray used primarily as a heavy-duty degreaser and cleaner for vehicle braking systems, engines, and bare metal assemblies. It is a staple chemical fluid utilized daily by automotive mechanics, motorcycle technicians, and industrial maintenance personnel to restore component friction performance and clean heavy workshop grime.

Zero-Residue Fast Evaporation: The chemical fluid is optimized to flash off and evaporate incredibly quickly once sprayed. It dries completely clean without leaving behind any oily film or chemical residue that could compromise stopping power or attract fresh dust.
Rubber and Plastic Safe: Unlike many aggressive industrial solvents, the Beta 9740 formulation is engineered not to attack, degrade, or dry out nearby plastic shields and rubber seals, such as brake line boots and guide pin sleeves.

Braking System Decontamination: Specifically engineered to break down and wash away severe encrustations of baked-on brake dust, old fluid, and roadside film on brake discs, calipers, drums, shoes, and pads. Clearing these contaminants directly prevents brake squealing and restores optimal stopping friction.
Engine & Powertrain Degreasing: Extensively used to spray down dirty engine blocks, gearbox housings, and exposed transmission parts to melt away oil build-ups and heavy sludge.
Tar and Encrustation Removal: Formulated with active technical detergents capable of dissolving tough petroleum-based debris, such as sticky road tar deposits, bitumens, and hardened grease coats, without mechanical scraping.
General Metal Surface Degreasing: Serves as an excellent prep solvent to thoroughly degrease bare raw metal parts before applying adhesives, gaskets, fresh grease, or technical coatings

Simple Application: The standard usage instruction is to spray the product generously directly over the target mechanical area, let it dissolve the grime, and then wipe the loosened debris clean with a fresh cloth. [1]
