Makita DCS552Z 18V LTX 136mm Metal Cutting Circular Saw (Bare Unit)

This Makita DCS552Z 18v 136mm LXT Metal Cutting Saw is specifically designed to cut through various types of metal sheet and has a built-in dust box reducing the clean-up time and creates a safer working environment. The easy disposal of metal chip / dust can be thrown away by opening the cap of the dust box. Also ideal for cutting pipes, tubing, C-stud, aluminium and metal sheet.

Smooth and powerful cutting at the high rotational speed of 3600 rpm delivered from enhanced motor
Easy to trace cutting line with twin LED job light - illuminates blade edge and allows to easily align cutting line. Light can be turned on before tool starts by slightly depressing trigger
Compact, ergonomic design and lightweight for reduced operator fatigue
Stainless steel base plate prevents damage of its surface and moves easily across the work surface
Lock-off lever prevents accidental starting, makes it easy to operate with gloved hands and can be operated from both sides of the handle
Electric brake
Built-in dust collection box
Large view window allows easy cutting along cut line
Flat motor housing allows tool to stand upright when changing blades
On-tool storage for hex wrench
Conveniently located shaft and lock for easy blade replacement
