Tec7 WP7-401 Facade Waterproof 5L

Tec7 WP7-401 Facade Waterproof is a water-based silane emulsion that provides long-lasting, invisible protection for porous exterior walls. It penetrates deep into the surface, dries completely clear, and forms a breathable barrier that resists rain, dirt, moss, and frost damage while improving energy efficiency.

Features:

Provides up to 25 years of protection with one coat
Transparent finish once dry, keeping original façade appearance
Waterproof yet vapor-permeable, allowing walls to breathe
Prevents moss, algae, dirt buildup, and salt efflorescence
Reduces frost damage and heat loss through walls
Eco-friendly water-based formulation with no solvents or VOCs

Specifications:

Form: Water-based silane emulsion (gel)
Appearance: White/yellow on application, transparent when dry
Density: 0.83 ± 0.02
Solids content: ~25%
Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C
Rain resistant: After approx. 30 minutes
Coverage: 20–40 m² per 5 L depending on surface
Shelf life: 12 months in unopened container
